TempoPath exists for the person who has always wanted to play a string instrument but never found the time, budget, or clear starting point. Private lessons are wonderful and irreplaceable — and they are also expensive and often infrequent. Free resources are plentiful and often overwhelming.

We started with a simple question: what should I practice today? The answer depends on your instrument, your goal, your schedule, and how last week actually felt. TempoPath turns that into a plan you can follow.

Our curriculum is written specifically for violin, viola, cello, and double bass. Instrument-specific content — clef, string names, setup, technique — is not interchangeable, and we treat it that way.
